RETURNS

If for any reason your not completely satisfied with you purchase, we will be happy to return or exchange your item for a full refund.

All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns outside of the 14 days will be denied and returned to customer.

Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags still attached. We are unable to accept returns without tags or items that are not in the original condition. All items are inspected on return.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, underwear, face and body products and face coverings.

This does not effect your statutory rights.
